The first band signed by SCF Entertainment in 1999, Stone Cold Fox began life as a simple little party band named The Booty Squad, which consisted of singer Lamont Di Carlo , guitarist Superfly , bassist Apollo , and drummer Jackie Diamond . This group introduced disco and funk to the many clubs in the Southeast.

Fast forward to 2005.........While Jacke Diamond, the Italion Stalion from Broklyn, has remained to keep the beat for the fox, the rest of the band has had a facelift.

Superfly, realizing he yearned to make movies, moved to Cali to start a career waiting tables in LA. While visiting him out there, Lamont was introduced to adult film actor Chest Rockwell . While having a successful career with such films as Shaving Ryan's Privates and Flesh Gordon, Chest yearned to play guitar again. Once he heard The Fox needed him, he had his production company moved to an abandoned warehouse in South Atlanta, so he could pursue both careers.

Bass player Apollo, moved back to The Motor City to open a museum paying homage to his favortie band, The Common People. With Apollo gone and his replacement, Freddie "Boom Boom" Washington , locked up in prison with no chance of paroll, Lamont DiCarlo was able to secure the service of pimp/bass player, Orange Julius Jackson of Miami Beach, Florida. The only hitch is that OJJ can still run his "other" business from the stage.

And finally, after being put on house arrest by the man, somehow Lamont was able to reach deep into the heart of the Mississippi Delta and find the Right Reverend Rolo P. Coltrane , an ordained funkateer. With Rev. Rolo , aka. The High Preist Of The Funk, rounding out the line-up, the Fox is now reaching new levels of funkiness! You Dig?
